The people of Hurdtown UMC seek to be a Christian community who are:

a reflection of God's love, authentic, an extended family of faith, and offer a welcoming and engaging environment for all, especially the children.

 We seek to fulfill this purpose through:

                        *extending a welcome to all;

                        *reaching out to the stranger;

                        *witnessing to God’s grace and Christ’s love (don’t be afraid to!);

                        *teaching God’s Word;

*providing a place of dynamic worship where people become committed to Christ and grow as his disciples.
