Our church joins Lake Hopatcong UMC in this endeavor. Our group pledges to provide people, food etc. four times per year. Attending is a wonderful opportunity for church members to give of themselves as they interact with needy people, providing them soup, bagged lunches and toiletries and friendship.
Interacting with the “Bridges People” is a valuable and enriching experience, helping us appreciate all we have and appreciating how some people can live a full life with so little.
People of both churches are asked to donate toiletries, clothes and money.
